Los Angeles, CA ... The city of Los Angeles is rich in railroad history with the Southern Pacific and the Santa Fe Railroad as well as the Pacific Electric ROW's. I have broken this area of the Location section up into smaller area's of Los Angeles so as to help keep things a bit organized.

Union Pacific's 4th Street yard:... This yard is serviced by the J-Yard Hauler that runs between West Colton, CA and Vernon, CA. Switching duties are handled by the locals out of the UP J-Yard. The yard is dispatched by the Metrolink since it sits along their East Bank River Sub between 7th Street and 1st Street. Mission Ave runs along the yard on the east side which makes access to points of the yard easy.
