Union Pacific's Dolores Locomotive Facility & Classification Yard
Located off the 405 freeway and Alameda Blvd, the facility is used to service the UP's fleet of engines and also serves as a classification yard for many of the outbound manifest trains.

ICTF Support Yard:
The ICTF support yard is located between the 405 freeway and the Sepulveda Ave. overpass alongside Alameda Street in Carson, CA. It serves as a transfer yard with the Pacific Harbor Line and the Union Pacific. Also it serves as a place for the UP to stage trains to be taken into the ICTF yard. Switching of the yard can be observed on the south end usually by the PHL... or you can catch the UP dropping off trains here also.

UP 5548 shoves it's train back onto the yard. After cutting away from their train the engines pull away and start down to the Wilmington Wye so the power can be turned around, serviced and be ready for it's next train.

Alameda Corridor:
UP 5697 backs it's autorack train into the ICTF support yard. UP 5034 crawls through CP Alameda off the Alameda Corridor and into the UP Dolores yard inbound tracks.
BNSF 7704 approaches the south end of CP Sepulveda and the connector track for BNSF's Watson yard on the Alameda Corridor.

BNSF Watson Wye (West leg)
Lomita Blvd and Wilmington Ave just on the south border of Carson, the west leg of the Watson Wye and the lead track out of the yard to the BNSF Harbor Sub.
